              I had around $2000 to start with, and $6000 was left over from the sale of my house, so i really only saved $2000.

                That's still a lot in a short time! You definitely make me want to push myself even more, and congrats again on your savings.

                  I'm still working on my cash saving challenge. $5 in this week for a total of $15. It will be a challenge when I get to the higher amounts, as I only take out $60 cash a week for groceries and transport, and it doesn't make sense to take extra out just to stick it in a jar, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
