If you owned or leased a BMW, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru and Toyota before June 9th, 2017 you may be eligible for a piece of the Takata airbag defect lawsuit.

Class Members include anyone who owned or leased any of these kinds of vehicles in the United States as of June 9, 2017.

Thank you for this...we have a Subaru and a Honda which have both been recalled. Honda is not part of this settlement but Subaru is so I just checked and am eligible so submitted a claim. I don't usually do claims but figure Subaru got money from Takata and I'm really pissed at Takata for screwing up so many cars and lives that I want a piece of them!
