PSA: Bank of America ending some free eChecking accounts

NPR is reporting that Bank of American is ending some of their free checking accounts.

There are plenty of good, free options out there, including local credit unions and ebanks.

Look for no minimums, free checks, ATM refunds, no transfer fees, a good website and interface, and FDIC protection of course

How many banks/credit unions offer no minimum with free checks/atm refunds?
