Let them know that I am going to a part time employment situation effective October 1st. Taking a pay reduction but will maintain insurance with a whole lot less work and a whole lot more free time. Eight more weeks of full time work, but who's counting?

I switched to 2 days per week in July. I'm loving it.

No shortage of things around the house to keep me busy.

My wife is still working full time, but according to firecalc, both of us could fully retire. Whatever we earn/save from here on out is just more money to spend and/or leave to our family & charities.

That sounds terrific Feh! Neither hubby or I can even think of retiring ever, although I know eventually health matters will take things out of our hands, in the meantime we do what we can. I am working more towards writing to make money instead of the selling on line, so I want to get my backlog listed and then just deal with sales and then move on to other things for the rest of the day that might bring in money.
