For those of you who are regular Target shoppers, GiftCardGranny.com is currently listing Target cards at 11% off (or even a bit higher). That's a great deal and a really good time to stock up. I actually just bought several hundred dollars worth a few weeks ago so don't need any at the moment but I might buy some anyway. I know we'll use them eventually.
