I've had the smuckers pb+j sandwich already, it's been a couple years though. Believe it or not they're some of the best pb+j I have ever had. Yea they may be bad for you but they're oh so good.

I wouldn't go as far as to say buying these kind of items in the grocery store makes you lazy. Anyone here ever bought a loaf of bread? I guess that qualifies you as lazy since you can simply make that at home. After you make the bread you should crush up some peanuts to make peanut butter then you should go out back and pick some grapes so you can make some grape jelly. Catch my drift? I don't care that pb+j is as easy as buying a loaf of bread, peanut butter and jelly and slapping it all together.

I'd like to know the number of people on here complaining about how lazy we have become who are overweight outtashape slobs?! The fatties can complain about a pre made sandwich but can't even pick up a weight or run to burn off a couple calories.

I'm done with my rant. I'm getting a little cold so I'm going to shave a sheep and knit a wool blanket to cover up with. The heck with those pre made blankets you can buy in the stores.

This is what really gets me. I have to admit that some of the new convenience products really are novel and time-saving, but they are terribly expensive.

For example, I have had some of the 100-calorie snack packs of different products. They're good and simple to toss in a lunch bag or whatever. I had never purchased them, though. One time in the supermarket, I looked at them. The regular product packages were about $2.50/lb unit price. The 100-cal snack packs of a similar product were $10.00/lb unit price, four times as much. Sure they're convenient, but you pay a very steep price for that convenience.

And we wonder why people are going broke.

I saw one today...apple crisp. You just add the apples and the butter! It was just a mix of flour, oatmeal and brown sugar!
