help with address

I am trying to get forms from the court in PA and i am in NY the address i have is missing the city. All I have is

the court of common pleas of potter county Pa prothontary
1 east 2nd street

after that is cut off i know its in PA but if anyone could tell me the city I would be able to find the zip.

Is Coudersport, PA? I am not familiar with that part of the country, but I googled potter county Pa county seat and this is the entry from wikipedia:
