  • Remodeling the bathroom at our cabin

I am in the middle of doing a bathroom remodel at our cabin.
Looking around at different vanity options, I couldn't find anything that I liked or that had very good quality.
    So, I build my own.
I was going for a rustic cabin look, and I think it came out pretty well.
The first picture is the vanity just after staining and poly.
The second is a picture of it set in its location in the bathroom.
You can see the new walls that I'm putting up as well.
Still a lot of work to do, but I'm making nice progress.

I have $81 of material in the vanity by the way.

That vanity looks awesome! I'm not normally a fan of the rustic look, but that build would really make me re-consider it.
"I'd buy that for a dollar!"

Here is a before and after of the vanity area.
Still a lot of work to do, but things are coming along.
