Does anybody have Valentine's Day plans yet? I know some people are planning on cooking their own V-day dinner to save some money, which is a fantastic idea! Luckily, I work with How2Heroes and their site has a ton of great recipes and videos that walk you through each recipe. A Valentine's Day staple is of course....chocolate covered strawberries. I've had vegan truffles a few times MMMMM! Good thing there is such a thing, because I went vegan long before I even knew what truffles were!
