    Healthy breakfast helps you in refuels your body, and benefit your overall health. Breakfast gives you a chance to start your day with a healthy and nutritious meal. Take more vitamins and minerals, Eat less fat and cholesterol. Avoid the cholesterol, which may reduce your risk of heart disease
    So do not skip breakfast it may be more important than you think.

    I take 3 piece of bread with 1 egg and drink one glass of milk in my breakfast daily.
    I think this is the best breakfast for me which provide me the full energy.

      Hi dear,
      A healthy breakfast is that which provide us energy through the day.
      In breakfast I eat One bread, two eggs and one glass of milk. I think it is a complete breakfast for me.

        Breakfast is always the biggest meal of the day, for me. For two reasons: my blood sugar is usually low when I wake up and I know I have all day to work off the calories.

        I will never understand eating a huge dinner, just before bedtime. It's bound to weigh on you all night.

          I like to eat egg whites on whole wheat toast or I'll have oatmeal with skim milk and chopped walnuts. I also enjoy a nice black coffee to pick me up.

            In our Kitchen forum, our IL Chitvish offers provided lot of healthy recipes. You should check presently there. We provide a few breakfast menus suggestions that are easy and healthy too.
            Sandwiches with raw veggies
            veggie salad (cabbage,carrot, boiled spud, tomato, lettuce simply leaves, partly cooked beetroot) - variance : include chilli garlic sauce & toss well.
            cut brinjal in to roundels, sprinkle salt, turmeric natural powder, (redchillipowder - optional), toss well. leave it for 10 minutes. Warmth the skillet, spread the teaspoon associated with oil, put the brinjal roundels. toast all of them on both attributes. this & the bread end up being packed separately can produce a nice sandwich.
            Boiled taters, sauted including garam masala, turmeric extract powder, chopped cilantro leaves can produce a spread for masala meal.

              Six egg whites, one whole egg, 1/2 cup of oatmeal scramble it up together. Excellent source of protein and complex carbohydrates. If it's not sweet enough for you, lightly squirt honey over top (Not for infants). Honey is low glycemic (It does not make you crash from a sugar high).

              Oh, and this is not usually my first meal of the day, but I call it breakfast anyway

                Eating things that contain cholesterol is not the same thing as having high cholesterol; any cholesterol you consume is broken down by your digestive system. There are at least 8 primary functions performed by cholesterol; cholesterol is assembled from building blocks produced by digestion and comes in 3 varieties. Avoid saturated fats and partially hydrogenated oils.

                  Healthy breakfast is important for everyone. Morning is the start of the day so we need lot of energy to do many tasks during a day. I eat bread butter and egg in breakfast. I drink fresh fruit juice in breakfast.

                    Healthy Breakfast

                    I HAVE to eat breakfast in the morning. By the time I wake up, I am super low on blood sugar and usually in need of something right away. Plus every reading about health and nutrition points out the importance of eating breakfast and why you shouldn't skip the first meal of the day.

                      OJ and an egg and 1 piece of whole wheat toast. When my husband was in the army, they were almost ordered to eat breakfast, lol.

                        I have clients real early in the morning so I usually have a fiber bar and a piece of fruit.

                              My lovely healthy breakfast:
                              omelette + asparagus, fried with butter + piece of boiled chicken + sweet tea.
                              Sometimes and bread with butter.
