Its store locations will close at 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm respectively on these days instead of the typical 11:00 pm. Publix also closes early on New Years Day – 7:00 pm. Generally speaking, Publix liquor stores open at 10:00 am and close at 9:00 pm. Publix pharmacies usually open at 9:00 am and close at 9:00 pm.
