Lowe’s sells practically everything you would need for your home. From the floor to the ceiling, indoor to outdoor, the hardware store chain has you covered. It is hard to imagine that you could not find what you would need for your home from Lowe’s. They also make it a point to have staff available to assist you with any questions you may have.
Usually, every year, they promote Black Friday deals and hours. But, which holidays are they open, and are they open on Thanksgiving Day?
Lowe’s Holiday Hours and Schedule
The chaos that ensues each year on Black Friday holds on strong, despite numbers fluctuating over the years and shoppers turning more to online. In fact, you won’t find many stores closed on Black Friday. In recent years, Black Friday sales have crept closer and closer to Thanksgiving Day. So much so, in fact, that retailers are starting to revolt against opening on Thanksgiving. And as for Lowe’s, the chain is among the growing list of retailers that will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
This is not the first year Lowe’s has been closed on turkey day. In fact, Lowe’s being closed on Thanksgiving does not actually seem to be too much of an issue for most shoppers.

Although Lowe’s will not be open for Thanksgiving, there are already a bunch of Black Friday deals. From percentages to dollar amounts off, you can shop both online and offline for these discounts while supplies last. Their best deals will not be released until Black Friday, of course, but the sales are definitely worth checking out if they were on your shopping list this year. For instance, consumers can enjoy 40% off new appliances.
