So, this morning I was looking around for additional passive income sources, and came across a couple of noteworthy sites.
The first is neevo.ai. From what I gather, this is a microincome site, where you get paid to help train an AI. This probably involves a lot of micro-income tasks for like $10 per month. It might be nice if you're looking for a spare time income generating activity.
The other is Roofstock.com. Roofstock looks interesting. They appear to have a business model where they help you buy single family residences AND provide full service property management. So it is basically full service for people who want to own investment properties. Most of the properties appear to be valued from $100,000 to $600,000 - so they're accessible to medium to high net worth investors.
Both look interesting - wanted to share.
