You can try every possible way of earning money online but none of them will work if you're not dedicated or if you're lazy and easily discouraged.

even with a great idea, it wont amount to anything unless you actually do something about it.
and the thing with ideas is, that most of them aren't revolutionary, so there is actually a lot of work in making them successful.

before a person can get their minds around that, they will never amount to anything more.

I dont think google adsense is the best way, they go very strict rules and my friend got banned very easily, and he didnt even do anything wrong. I think a more "do it yourself" way is better, without having to rely on 3rd parties: own your own domain, find more ad networks, and work with them.

I've been signed up with Adsense for a lot of years now. I don't make a huge amount of money, only about $600 over all those years. Let's just say that I don't depend on Adsense or my Amazon affiliate income (what little there is) to pay the mortgage each month. That is money that when it shows up goes into my retirement account.

What we depend on to make money is our sales sites on ecrater and Amazon and the sales we make there. I work very hard at that (getting the sales). I suppose that if I worked really hard on my Blogs I could pull in more money, but you have to pick and choose what you will focus on.

Any ad affiliate that you want to make you oodles of money, depend highly on how well written your blog is, is it a topic people are anxious to read about, etc. Part of well written means just not topics, but the spelling, grammar and so on. Blogs that consist consistently of 2-3 poorly written sentences aren't going to make you anything. It all comes down to that 4 letter word again that so many hate - WORK.
