I submitted a pitch for a personal experience article to a popular women's website, and was accepted! They pay $50 per article. It took me about 3 hrs to write and edit the article. Not bad. I wrote it on my phone during my train commute. I have at least a dozen more ideas for articles so far, and I think I can turn this into a pretty good side income. Finally my stupid college education is sort of paying off. (Ha!) My minor was in English.
