Blogging for money?

There are some that make oodles of money on line, but there are plenty more that just make small amounts, but even those small amounts add up after awhile! Using a blog to have a place to have Adsense ads or affliate ads, doesn't guarantee that you will be making a lot of money. If you do, that is a nice perk, but you have to be willing to do the blog because you love the topic you are writing about.

You are so right about AdSense paying less these days. I used to earn $100+ about every 8-10 months from my blogs and store. My last check was from Jan. 2015 I believe. It will probably take me another 1-2 months if not three to get another payout. We need the money so I leave them in.

As I suspected, I finally got my Adsense check for my latest round of earnings in December 2016. Almost 2 years between them after getting them every 8 months or so. But the money comes in handy, and I was happy to get it.

How do you get into it?

You start your blog and you start writing there on a regular basis. You get money off of ads that your readers see. That's the short version.
