  • I just accepted a job offer

    For context:
I got a new job about 6 months ago. At first I was excited to take on a new challenge at a new company, but things quickly went south there. Half the company was recently let go which made the remaining employees workloads unmanageable. People were working all hours of the night and all weekend long. One of my coworkers

It's been a nice couple months off, but I am happy to be going back to work. After multiple interviews at several companies, I finally settled on an offer. The hours are nice and the culture at the company seems to be good. I'll be starting on June 12.

Congrats! I hope this place is a much better environment than the last one.

And good for you for having the resources to take some time off and not rush into anything. That is so valuable to have that flexibility.

I checked out the link for context, and it seems like you put in a lot of effort with multiple interviews to find the right fit.
