    Applying loan for renovation (Loans)?
I need to loan for renovation.how to get?

Working off the assumption you have access to a bank in your area, you'd start by visiting them and asking to apply there.

The bank is going to want to know your income as well as your credit history before making the loan.

In the United States we have a credit reporting system. I don't know if this applies to the rest of the world. It's based off how much credit you have, how much you use, and your payment history.

Kind related.... have you considered a HELOC (Home equity line of credit) to finance this renovation?

*Note - Basically you need to have 20% + equity , at least, in your home to get any benefit.

*Reason - I have have (2) of these instruments. And they have been amazing to keep as a reserve weapon. Incredibly low rates for massive loan quantity. (I think mines at 2.75% for a 110K+ credit line. [got a special rate discount to 50 basis points below prime]).

I doubt we will see a response because the user is flagged as "Banned".

I would assume the mods decided he was a spammer, but with the user name as such, I just assumed English was not his first language.

OP was a spammer. Not based on this post but on others they made. They were banned as a result.

Mate, in your situation, I recommend you get a reverse mortgage. It's a much more favorable option for borrowing money, especially if you want to renovate your house.

Take a look at the best personal loans for home improvement, compare them, and then speak with a lender about your unique situation before you apply.

I’d like to ask something about renovation loans: what is the difference between all these kinds of loans? Like I know there are loans for different purposes but are they really different from a general loan, maybe even from some 3rd party like a loan service in and of itself. Personally never used them but had a pre-approved loan and since I took it I was wondering if it’s strictly necessary to use a specific type of loan for a specific purpose.
