I don't think there is one best or worst. I've read and listened to many and have found useful info from pretty much all of them. I've also disagreed with pretty much all of them on one thing or another. Dave Ramsey, Suze Orman, Clark Howard, Elizabeth Warren, Warren Buffet, the list goes on and on. They all have something worthwhile to teach you.Steve

Okay, this I may have to agree with. If following a TV stock-picker with an over-inflated sense of self-importance is your preference, that's just fine... But I would NEVER listen to this guy for any sort of prudent financial advice.Originally posted by KTP View PostWorst for anyone: Jim Cramer
In fairness to the guy, my understanding is that his background is as a stockbroker, not any sort of financial adviser, so I may be comparing apples & oranges....

Honestly, I haven't listened to Jim Cramer for years. I did put money into a mutual fund he predicted would see tremendous growth. I invested and doubled my investment. It still going strong. You have to pick and choose and do your own research.

The problem is that all the "financial experts" have to give general advice because they are targeting such a large group. None will ever fit your or anyone's needs 100%. There are some that are better than others. personally, I think that Robert Kiyosaki is the worst one out there.

I have made oodles of money from Doctor Kramer. Clark Howard is good for young dummies that think credit cards are candy.Originally posted by KTP View PostBest for rich people: John Bogle
Best for middle class: Clark Howard or John Bogle depending on how much you save
Worst for anyone: Jim Cramer
