I divorced my wife, so its safe to say I would not have married her if I knew how things would turn out. It was much, much more than finances that killed the marriage, though that sure didn't help. Which is a shame, I liked (and like) her as a person, but she was impossible to live with. And I had lots of unique experiences with her I would have missed out on, but even with all that, that marriage was a mess.
Don't torture yourself, thats what I'm here for.

Wow, some people are quite honest online - I hope your spouses don't read this forum

I'm definitely in the "Yes" camp after celebrating our fourth year of marriage. For the last five months we've been traveling and around each other non stop.. in fact, I don't think there's been a time when we've been apart for over an hour! I'm not going to lie, it's been really tough at times, but we've hung on together and have had some amazing experiences. I think this will benefit us for the rest of our lives.

I would definitely still marry her. We just celebrated our 21st anniversary and we've known each other for nearly 33 years. We are pretty much on the same page with money. Minor differences here and there but nothing substantial.

As LAL said, if we were ever to divorce it wouldn't be about money.

        * Why should I pay for my daughter's education when she already knows everything?

Yes, I would. DH and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary this past June. DH and I have been on an interesting life journey that I wouldn't have wanted to miss for the world. We have the most awesome son (of whom we are both very proud).

Nope. And it has nothing to do with money.
