You probably won't have much luck getting a low interest rate. The best thing you can do is try to bring up your FICO score.

You can't. If your credit sucks, your interest rate will suck. It's a pretty simple equation. You are a worse risk.

yes it will be difficult with a bad credit rating, if you're not in a hary you can wait a few months maybe your credit rating will improve.

if you can find someone with good credit to co-sign with you, you probably can swing a rate based on their credit. But from an ethical standpoint, you probably shouldn't put them in that position, given your bad debt. An unsecured loan at a low interest rate is a privilege, not a right...

If you're serious about improving your credit and getting a good interest rate on a loan, you can take out a loan and partially or fully secure it with cash or a vehicle title. As you pay off the loan, more of the cash collateral becomes available to you.
