    I guess lower gas prices might be one tiny glimmer of positivity from this whole disaster. Certainly not worth the financial carnage, though. Even if they start giving gas away for free, it won't make up for the over quarter million we've already lost in our portfolio.

      My trash company began charging a fuel surcharge this year - $30 for the year.

      I haven’t heard back from them when I asked why? Maybe they use diesel. I dunno

        Great, since gas prices have been coming down. They are always quick to add those surcharges but very slow to ever eliminate them.
