    If the article is going to quote a 10.6% rise in gas prices for the month of August, I'd at least appreciate an explanation as to why.

      OPEC and Russia both cut production to boost prices.

        Is that really contributing to a 10.6% increase in the price of pump gas for the month of August though? I don't doubt production has been cut, I just don't remember when or what the estimated effect was. Refinery drama? There always seems to be in peak season. I'm so sick of it.
