    I think it's also job oriented. Although there are companies hello jamie dimon calling people back. I don't think he's wrong. I also don't think it's incorrect to say that working from home is a privilege. But at the same time it's going to be soon something that people won't want to acknowledge that "go-getters" will go back into the office and show their faces and those who want to stay at home and hide will get the short end of the stick. I already have multiple friends who are "middle" managers saying that if people want to hide at home great. But realize when you get fired because they have to fire someone they will pick the person they don't know or have to see in person. It's way easier to pick on the person not showing up. I do believe flexible work is here to stay but i'm not sure if fully remote is possible or will happen. It certainly won't happen for many who want to get promoted or make more money.

    So soon people will get back to commuting in some fashion.
