    My truck is dark grey.

Looks like I don't want to stand out and am mature.

I never thought of it that way. I did like the color, but there wasn't much to pick from off the lot when I bought it.

Our cars are always either red or blue. We can't stand black, white, silver, or "champagne". We want a color, not a non-color. It's tough when we go car shopping because very few cars are made in colors.

At the moment, both of our cars are blue. Before that, they were both red (maroon).

            Silver.

I've never considered car color in the slightest, when choosing a vehicle. We just take the best value. Silver was probably just in abundance the years we bought our cars (early 2000s).

I will say that black is my favorite color, but I don't find it practical in a car. We get REALLY hot summers. I also had a dark colored car that was hit *all the time.* (& when I replaced it with a red car, I was told red was easist to see and tends to be involved in less accidents. I believe it given my car experiences. Silver is also light and easy to see). So yeah, no black cars for me, for many reasons, though I do think they are the nicest.

I've come to like the silver (it also takes a lot for silver to look dirty), but I doubt silver will be so "in" by the time we buy our next car.

I disagree. White, black, and silver are the main colors sold and have been for many, many years. It drives us nuts because as I said, we don't like any of those so it is hard when we're shopping especially since we buy used. We had the hardest time finding the van we bought last year. When we found a blue one, we jumped at it.

Medium blue. I'm not a fan of black, white, silver or grey cars.

I've owned a red (-ish...beater with faded paint), 2 silver cars & currently own a dark blue one... The blue is much preferred, though if I can ever find a decent car with a dark green color, I'll buy it on the spot.

Never been a fan of the standard white/black cars, and really didn't care for the color of my previous silver cars. Red, yellow, orange, brown/gold, or most any other bright/shiny colors....not so much. I prefer darker colors that can still stand out in a parking lot.

There used to be a time where rental cars in Florida were almost 100% white. And this was before most cars had remote entry. So imagine walking out of Disney World into a parking lot holding thousands of identical white rental cars and trying to find yours, even if you had a pretty good idea of where you had parked. I would have killed for a red or blue car at that point.

Do you consider fuel-efficiency when choosing a color? I didn't give it much thought until I moved to hot Texas. Now I do.

With the tougher fuel efficiency standards, we may see fewer dark vehicles.

                        Green!

It says that this color peaked in the 90's which makes sense because I have a '97 Honda! Although, I am far from a nature person.

"A brown-car buyer wants value and a long life in his or her purchases and doesn't care about trends or fads." - that's true, moreover I have 2 of them similar colour.

                            My car is white

"White suggests that you have taste and elegance."

Well, I don't know about that - I've just always liked white cars!

Silver. Although I never really thought about the color having anything to do with personality but I think there is some truth to what they say.
