Unable to update sidebar

I am unable to update my sidebar. Please help. The error it shows is:
Incorrect integer value: '' for column `savingad_main`.`vb_journals`.`journalemailnotify` at row 1

When I try to update, it reverts to what it was before.

I came over here to say that we can't update the sidebar, but I guess it's already been reported. Still not working.
