Could somebody please tell me how?

When I go to "blogs" section and browse throgh the lastes postings, I sometimes see that when you click certain postings it goes to their personal blog (like on wordpress or something, but with their own domain name). I would love to know how to make it link to my blog.

I started one, but I don't get encouraged to post because I know no one reads it. But if I had it linked from my SA blog, I would at least have few regular readers and it would greatly help my motivation.

I don't know how to do what you're talking about, but you could do something similar by putting a link to it in your sidebar under "Sites I like to visit" and then mention in one of your regular postings that you made an update. On the rare occasions I update my other blogs, that is what I do. I usually get 6 or 7 people that visit directly from the embedded link in my post or the link in the sidebar.
