Would anyone one be interested in a monthly or weekly blog contest where we give a theme and anyone that wants to participate can write on that theme - with the winner getting a small prize? We were thinking that this might be a way to get a variety of in depth opinions on a variety of topics that tend to be of interest to many people. Any other thoughts of things you'd like to see?

i'm guessing it would be like our own internal blog carnival, right?

in that case, would it be set up like the $20 challenge where everyone uses the same category name and there'd be a place on the blogging homepage to showcase this week's, um, carnies?
