Last month I wanted to purchase a CD. I checked the rates at bankrate.com and Amtrust had the top rates. I did an online application which I accidentally screwed up, so I had to call. Their customer service was excellent. No long time on hold. I got an English-speaking human almost immediately! They told me who I needed to speak to to correct the problem. I called back the next day and that person got right on the phone and took care of everything. Then a couple of days ago I had a question about my online account access and called again. Same deal: immediate answer by a person who was pleasant and knowledgeable.
So if you are looking for a CD, I would highly recommend them.
