I am not a broker but I used to be one. I have found Interactive Brokers to have best options pricing. I have been their client for the past two years and have been very happy with their commission and execution. They charge $0.75 per option with no minimum. For equities, commission start out at penny/share and if you trade more than 500 shares, you pay fraction of penny.
