TD Ameritrade migrating to Charles Schwab soon, good or bad or same?

I got an email that TD Ameritrade migrating to Charles Schwab soon, is that good or bad or same? I was with Scottrade, then TD Ameritrade took over, now Charles Schwab, I hate changes.

I don't have experience with either. I have an account with Fidelity and are happy with their services

I have accounts with TD and Schwab (and was with Scottrade). I hate TD’s website. I think the switch to Schwab is a positive.

It might be for the better for me. I read somewhere that Schwab issues a debit card which can be used worldwide to withdraw money at ATM's with no foreign transaction fees which I could use in Mexico. Not sure if a checking account with Schwab is needed or this switch over would do it. I'll need to research it later.

QMM - I've been using Schwab for about a decade. Their service is super professional and their trading execution is really solid. I think this will be a good move for you.
