I owned a few shares of AMZN before the split, and now got the split shares. It will be years before it reaches the 2K mark again. I expect it to stay under $200 for several months.

After a 20:1 split? It'll be decades before AMZN gets back above $2000/sh.

Good move though, on the company's part. It's somewhat silly, but lower-priced shares are way more accessible to retail (individual) investors like us. It's alot easier to pick up 5 shares at $120/sh than a single share at $2000/sh.
