    2016 401k

    $24,000 my contributions (turned 50 last year)
    $18,105 employer contributions (match)

    ROI = 75.4%

    In addition, I made 9% on the entire 401k.

    I also contributed $15,935 to the 401k as after tax contributions that I converted to a Roth IRA (mega back door Roth).

        100% of the first 4% and then a 1% match of my total salary at the end of the year. The interesting part is that they count my catch up contribution separate and because of that it ends up being matched 100%. Kindof a strange situation, but that's how I end up with so much match.
