TSLA stock $250 today. I missed my opportunity at $175 last month (kicking myself).

You think that's bad. I remember having $10k worth of mad money to trade way back when TSLA just IPO'ed at the time for a mere $19/share.

I was actually going to go all-in, but when I told a co-worker who was also into stock trading at the time, he said, "IF YOU GO ALL-IN, I WILL ALSO GO ALL-IN WITH MY $10K!" Hearing that, I lost my nerve. I was OK speculating with my own money, but I was afraid that he would hold me responsible if anything should go wrong with this trade.

So, I chickened out, and to this day, I still kick myself for chickening out.

that's pretty funny. I wish i had more money than we did when we bought google at IPO. DH only bought $5k in his roth and we've never sold it....same with paypal. It's done some nice gains. If only we had had more.

I'd wait until after quarterly results are announced, at minimum. The fall is likely just beginning. I'd be more likely to find a value buy with the US automakers and their BEV offerings.

Another one-day sale on TSLA today. 15% off! It's not even quarter-end yet!

I've been picking up TSLA stock almost daily. On a side note, vandals are not only targeting Tesla locations and charging stations but also vandalizing individual Tesla cars spray painting it with graffiti. If you ask me that is going too far.

Also going too far is using the White House driveway to encourage Americans to buy Teslas when its CEO has financial conflicts of interest within the US government.

Personally, I think vandalism improves the look of the Cybertruck! Although I disagree that property destruction is an effective means of serving social justice.

I support voting with your feet, but vandalism and death threats shouldn't be tolerated.
The minority engaging in that behavior need prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

                          I don't own any Tesla.
Not sure if what we are seeing is a buying opportunity or a falling knife.
Time will tell, but for now I'm on the sidelines.
