            My goal is to hit $3.5K monthly combined fund. Right now it's $2.98K.

                                I can dream of a European early retirement where I rent from city to city each year on places where costs are half of US. I'm thinking outskirts of Istanbul, Turkey; Riga, Latvia; Piraeus, Greece; and 2 other cities. I like different cultures from one another but all close to a beach (this eliminates inland countries like Germany and Serbia). Planning to do this phase of my life while I still can from age 60-64.

                                After that, I could come back and settle to my retirement condo.
