I have an ORP account with fidelity that only had 1 years contributions. Wondering if I could roll that into another account, pref a roth ira?

This link says you may withdraw no more than 50%, including roll overs.

Since the contributions are tax-deferred, amounts rolled over to a Roth IRA will be taxable in the year they are rolled.
