I've used Capital One 360 since 2002 (they were ING Direct). I was nervous when the change was made, thinking the bank would change for the worse, but that never happened. I would argue it's just as good if not better.
I also have accounts at Ally (used for my freelance business income so everything stays separate). I really like how Ally works. The only thing I don't like about Ally is that interest is credited on the 5th business day or so of the month. Again, not a big deal for 99% of people, I just like tracking things and this causes my month end reports to be postponed by a few days.
