best long term bond

I am looking for best 4 o 5 year bond. Best i can get to date is BM @ 4.65%. Is there anything better out there?

I found a non callable Morgan Stanley yielding 4.931% through 12/28/2017. Min purchase of 5. So if a higher yield=better, then that one is better.

Genworth Financial (BBB) has a non-callable, make whole call bond with a 12-15-2016 maturity and a current yield-to-maturity of ~%5.28.
