There is absolutely no such thing as a low risk, relatively safe investment that pays 8-12%. If there was, everybody would put all of their money into it and life would be so much easier.

You've posted numerous similar threads now. Rather than continuing to ask some variation of the same question, how about telling us more about your situation and why it is that you think you need the 8-12% return in order to afford your living expenses.
