I am not sure if the bonus is available nationwide. Key bank offers its services in AK, CO, ID, IN, MI, KY, ME, NY, OH, OR, UT, VT, WA. However, no state limitations are mentioned in the bonus terms and it looks like it is possible to apply for a Key account online.
