  • Real Esate Question

I am interested in the real estate feild and have a few questions.

    1. Do I have to be 18 to attend a school?
    2. Are any of these online schools worth it, or would it be best to go to a real life school?
    3. Is it better to have a diploma from and online school, or a real life school?

    Re: Real Esate Question

I don't have specific answers to your questions, but my suggestion would be to contact the big real estate companies (Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Remax, etc -- assuming you'd like to be a realtor for one of these companies). Tell them you're 16 and you're interested in becoming an agent for them. Ask them what education and experience they're looking for. My guess is you need to be at least 18... that'll give you 2 years to start preparing. Maybe they even have internships or other part-time opportunities for someone your age.
