Credit cards if you have a balance.

Savings if you do not have emergency fund.

IRA-like retirement funds.

Highest interest rate debt.

Mutual fund.

I go with Ima. Put it back in an emergency fund. Then with your next income start hitting the CCs and auto loans.

Be glad you have a responsible friend that paid back a loan...and just keep your monies in an online savings until you find a good investment of choice. Never rush.
