No one can help me with this? I'm a big fan of the web interface of online savings accounts. I like INGDIRECT's interface, however I also use GMAC and its interface is just not as good. How about the others? AMBOY, ED, and the others

Sorry, I'm pretty computer illiterate. Just didn't want you to think you were being ignored. Not to mention, my accounts aren't confirmed (is that the word?) yet. New to online banking!

yeah i am being ignored, I just would like a way to see or demo these accounts. I hear the ED bank just redid their whole website. I tried the demo for one united and their site is horrible. I could even go for opinions and discriptions of the sites.

Here is ED's account summary page. You can see the various navigation links, tabs etc. Their site is a dramatic improvement upon their previous offering. I guess I like it as well as ING & HSBC.

Thats exactly what im looking for. How has Emigrant been working right when i decided that i was going to switch away from INGDirect, ED was having major problems. Is that still the case? Can anyone show me what HSBC, Amboy, Capital one, or Citi's sites look like?

I haven't experienced any issues with ED's new site since the first day or two after the launch. Their site has come a long way since I first opened an account with them. Their transfers have always been faster than what I've experienced with either ING or HSBC.

I know its just your opinion and you are entitled to it, however, I did the OneUnited demo and didn't think it was horrible at all. It seemed fine to me. I was wondering what made you dislike it.

I do. I'll try to post one tomorrow or Thursday if someone doesn't post one prior to that.

The interface isn't really very important to me as long as it works. For me, the rate is the most important selling point.
