Is early april too cold to go to Bryce, zion, grand canyon or moab? And where would you go with a week?

I would call April a perfect time to visit any/all of them -- perfect hiking weather, normally between 50s & 80s with few storms.
Unfortunately, I'm not great at planning "things to see" on trips (that's DW's job ... I do logistics), so I can't really offer you alot of good advice there. But the internet abounds with travelogues & similar recommendations. Honestly, I'd start there. The National Parks Service website for each is also a pretty good place to at least start your research, then you can branch out.

I've been to Moab twice this year - the last week of April, and the first week of September, just got back. We're planning Bryce, Zion, and Grand Canyon for next Spring. Moab is about 300 miles from Bryce and Zion, so we are doing the latter as a separate trip. Bryce/Zion and GC are farther South so they may be slightly warmer if you're planning an earlier or later trip. Our experience this Spring was temps up to about 75 during the day and cool, high 30's low 40's, at night. Our September trip was a little warm. It should have been cooling down, but we caught some higher than average temperatures. It warmed up to low 90's during the day and high 50's overnight. It still wasn't bad, it's "a very dry heat".
You could spend a week in Moab and not get to do everything there. That's why we came back this fall for a second trip. Arches and Canyonlands could take 1-3+ days each and that's without seeing anything else. We did a lot of Jeep/4x4 and SxS activities as well as touring Arches and Canyonlands. Arches is now a timed-entry park and you'll have to reserve entry times to get in.
You'll want to plan your stay in Moab accordingly in the April timeframe: Easter Jeep Safari happens over Easter week and the town will be jam-packed and hotels and RV sites will be astronomically expensive. Then, there's a Toyota group which does their thing after EJS and they take over the town.History will judge the complicit.

The farther you go towards summer, the more people and the higher the temperature.I was looking 49 is nice for hiking but a bit cold for me. first week in april and bryce and snow is not my cup of tea. I prefer heat so memorial would be better.

We went to the south rim of the Grand Canyon in mid June. It was 37 degrees when we arrived that evening. It got up into the mid 60s the next afternoon. Keep in mind that’s at about 7,000 ft elevation.Steve
* Despite the high cost of living, it remains very popular.
* Why should I pay for my daughter's education when she already knows everything?
* There are no shortcuts to anywhere worth going.
