      LOL, the driver side door handle broke today. Yikes! Such a weird thing. I thought maybe that was what you had said so I had to dig up this old thread.
      ​​The car has sat a lot the 4 years we owned it, so that maybe bought us some time.

      I told my son to be gentle with the rest and to expect more to break. Well, I appreciate the heads up that it probably won't just be one random door handle.

      We did some fairly basic maintenance when my 17yo got his license end of 2022. Brakes, new battery. Very predictable stuff. Had to put in a new starter this year. This year is going to be 'random old car' repairs, it seems. Not sure I've ever replaced a starter before.
