    Loopholes in our business

    I guess I am right to say that there are some loopholes in our family's company. I already asked my friends regarding the issue but the feedback I received was mostly shots in the dark.

    I think the loopholes we are experiencing might be linked either of this two:The people making unauthorized changes, or not being able to track what has been authorized? Some people advised me to consult a Quality Assurance, while others said I can fix this using a software. Which is which? I would appreciate your advice. TIA

        It is an insurance company. We are trying to figure out why there were changes in the system(Can't talk about it on details). Actually, I received a personal message from my friend saying that the issue somehow relates and could be fixed by software change management. I am not sure about this but if you have any idea, please feel free to share. TIA
