          • For this trip I've been lucky and positive territory from the start. With this win I'm about $1200 ahead. Oh yes disneysteve I know a lot of people who only show wins but never disclose their true tally, loo.

              I hunt in eastern Oregon. I heard from a couple of guys that they thought they had seen a bigfoot out in the Umatilla National Forest. The story was they saw a very tall bipedal creature moving fast up and down some very steep mountains. It could have been a bear, but the way the story was told to me, these guys certainly believed they had seen something odd.

                      I had my condo unit appraised to see if I could get the private mortgage insurance taken off, and - wouldn't you know it! I totally had the PMI removed. Just got the letter in the mail today.

                      Thats a nice $279 bucks I won't need to spend every month moving forward!

                                With real estate valuations still flying high, this is the perfect time for folks to get PMI-removal appraisals done. You might still owe $250k on your house purchased for $275k, but if its value has gone up to $350k, then you can get rid of PMI.

                                Huge win for you James, congrats!
