Who Gets the Stimulus Money?

Where is an easy place to see who qualifies to get the stimulus $$ and how much they can expect?
I really never wanted any and haven't expected anything but am hearing about folks getting their stimulus payments, so am now curious what the cut offs are regarding who gets paid and who doesn't.

Even though we did direct deposit, I had to go to a site and enter our routing/account number, AGI, and other info. Maybe we'll actually get a stimulus deposit now?

Actually, I know a couple people that already filed using direct deposit/checking account, and those people also had to re enter all of their info on the irs site.
