Hey guys , i'm from quebec and i'm sick and tired of paying alors irs and taxes I have 200k from a heritage. I would love to move to the us ... Is that a good idea ? I have no real education exept my high school degree

That's really not enough information to give you any useful advice.
I don't think that I'd move out of the country just to avoid taxes though. I'd look for ways to decrease my tax exposure. Have you tried that route?Brian -
What category do you see yourself applying for to live in USA? You aren't a student, refugee, family reunification, special skill or green card eligible etc. How much are your monthly expenses for rent, transportation, utilities, cell, food, entertainment, clothes etc? You won't be eligible for work so once your .82 - .87 [cent] devaluated dollar savings are used up you're out of luck. You pay higher prices because of our small population, lack of competition and long list of benefits for the indigent. Don't get sick because their for profit medical system is extremely expensive. Your Canadian medical benefits end after 6 months and only pay about 1% of the American cost. You will merely need to pay sales tax as there will be no job related taxes or benefits either.
I agree that Canadians pay far more tax and cope with ghastly weather but as a Quebecker you get better benefits than any of the other provinces or territories. You are not terrorized by a gun culture and you certainly will not see the level of poverty so visible south of the border. If you need social services they are available if you make the effort to learn the procedures before you need them.Comment
