Llc Help
How is going forum, Im having some issues and I just don't know how to go about starting it. I created a partnership LLC 1 year ago and we started a web store, but soon after we shut it down due to bad retailers. We made no income as all the money made was returned. I soon joined the military there after and forget about the llc and was unaware of having to do anything with the irs or the state. Can You tell me what i need to file with the irs and state(LA) and in what order to get the llc in good standing and reporting before I dissolve it as its no longer of use to me but i dont wish to incur any fees.
